Sugarman Health & Wellbeing are currently seeking a Recruitment Officer to support the Complex Care team based out of our office in Watford.
We are looking for a Recruitment Officer who can apply their mind set to this role, which we believe means that, with support, you will apply initiative and forward-thinking into ensuring your individual performance is the best it can be.
An ideal candidate will have recruitment experience but this is not necessary. You will be provided with full training and support to be able to carry out this role.
Your role will be to recruit Healthcare Assistants & Nurses and take them through the recruitment process until they have completed all necessary compliance paperwork, checks & training.
Your duties will include as a Recruitment Officer:
Placing & managing adverts for potential candidates
Short listing candidate CV’s
Working on candidate compliance
Engaging with the client on a daily basis
Managing your pool of candidates ensuring you are in regular contact with them
Daily/weekly meetings with colleagues & managers
