About the Registered Manager role:

Annual Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Office Location: Liverpool

Contract: Full Time 40 hours per week
Experience: Essential

As a Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service, ensuring our continued compliance with relevant legislation. Working in partnership with colleagues and the senior management team you will ensure the provision of a safe, high quality service enabling individual needs.

The responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

  • Maintaining a high quality service working in partnership with colleagues.
  • Ensuring compliance reports are maintained and reporting is complete and accurate
  • Ensuring the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment, person centred planning and regular outcome focused reviews of services.
  • Effectively utilise the mobile workforce to ensure the service is appropriately resourced with suitably qualified, skilled and experienced workers.
  • Identifying and developing strategies for the planning and delivery of quality and innovative complex care services.
  • Growing and developing services through increasing delivered hours and maximising referral opportunities.
  • Identifying recruitment needs and developing plans with relevant managers to ensure the service is appropriately resourced with capacity for growth.
  • Playing a practical role in our quality assurance programme to promote high quality, best practice and continuous improvement of services in line with our Quality Assurance Policies.
  • Resolving complaints in accordance with our Complaints & Compliments Policy.
  • Evaluating services through regular review, annual service user questionnaires, analysis of complaints and compliments etc.
