About the role
As a Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service, ensuring our continued compliance with relevant legislation. Working in partnership with colleagues and the senior management team you will ensure the provision of a safe, high quality service enabling individual needs.
The responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
Maintaining a high quality service working in partnership with colleagues.
Ensuring compliance reports are maintained and reporting is complete and accurate
Ensuring the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment, person centred planning and regular outcome focused reviews of services.
Effectively utilise the mobile workforce to ensure the service is appropriately resourced with suitably qualified, skilled and experienced workers.
Identifying and developing strategies for the planning and delivery of quality and innovative complex care services.
Growing and developing services through increasing delivered hours and maximising referral opportunities.
Identifying recruitment needs and developing plans with relevant managers to ensure the service is appropriately resourced with capacity for growth.
Playing a practical role in our quality assurance programme to promote high quality, best practice and continuous improvement of services in line with our Quality Assurance Policies.
Resolving complaints in accordance with our Complaints & Compliments Policy.
Evaluating services through regular review, annual service user questionnaires, analysis of complaints and compliments etc.
