Sugarman Health andWellbeing is seeking a support Workers to join a specialist 2:1 package supporting a young adult with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Dyspraxia, Epilepsy and sensory processing needs within the family home and community. This young adult enjoys spending time in the community, visiting coffee shops, swimming, walking, watching ice hockey, playing board games, creative writing and engaging in meaningful conversations with trusted support staff and family members.
You will play a key role in helping them achieve greater independence, access activities they enjoy, maintain their safety in the community and build confidence in daily life.
