Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Rate of Pay: £15/h
Shifts: 7-7; Between Monday – Sunday; 2-5 shifts per week
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time
Specialism: Complex Care: Tracheostomy, Spinal Cord Injury, Peg Feeding, Ventilators Start Date: Upon Completion of Compliance

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support an adult with complex needs in a home/residential setting. This is a fulfilling and dynamic role offering the opportunity to learn new skills and build a meaningful care relationship.
Weekly Pay – PAYE or Umbrella
Holiday Pay (PAYE)
Ongoing support from our Nurse Care Manager and Registered Manager
Free clinical and theory training from experienced nurses

Personal and pressure area care
Supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
You’ll receive full training and undertake shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and well prepared.
Flexibility – Able to work weekdays and weekends
Minimum 6 months of professional care experience
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
