Assisting with manual handling and mobility routines during the night.
Managing specialised complex care tasks, including Tracheostomy monitoring and PEG feeding (full expert training provided!).
Offering warm companionship and creating a serene, secure night-time environment.
Assisting with medication administration (once trained).
Maintaining detailed overnight logs, adhering to care plans, and reporting any changes in condition.
Experience: At least 6 months of professional UK care experience is essential.
Complex Care: Prior experience with Tracheostomy care and PEG feeding is a bonus, but not required-we provide full, expert-led training!
Availability: Ready to commit to a full-time night schedule across 5 available shifts, including weekends.
Compliance: Valid Right to Work in the UK, an enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one), and an up-to-date CV with full work history.
