Healthcare Assistant
Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Rate of Pay: £15/h
Shifts: 7-7; Between Monday – Sunday; 3-4 shifts per week
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time
Specialism: Complex Care: Tracheostomy, Spinal Cord Injury, Peg Feeding, Ventilators

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support an adult with complex needs in a home/residential setting. This is a fulfilling and dynamic role offering the opportunity to learn new skills and build a meaningful care relationship.

Key responsibilities may include:
- Clinical Tasks – Tracheostomy and Ventilator care
- Clinical Tasks – Peg Feeding
- Spinal Cord Injury care and support
- Personal and pressure area care
- Supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
- You’ll receive full training and undertake shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and well prepared.
Key Requirements
- Flexibility – Able to work weekdays and weekends
- Minimum 6 months of professional care experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Up-to-date CV with full work history
