About the Role
In this role you will be supporting a young man with autism and epilepsy amongst other conditions, assisting him with areas of his day to day life and providing support if and when he is in distress. This a challenging yet rewarding role, and you will receive full training to allow you to flourish and further your skills. Support work is a highly rewarding role where you assist individuals, often with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or physical challenges, to live as independently and confidently as possible. As a Support Worker, you’ll provide practical help with daily tasks, offer emotional encouragement, and promote social inclusion, enabling people to lead fulfilling lives at home and in the community.
