About the Support Worker role:
Hourly Rate: £12.50ph Day Shift & £10.42ph Sleep In (Enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays)
Full Time Position available.
Location: Eastham
Shifts Available: Days 0800-2300 + Sleep in
Speciality: Autism and Learning Disabilities

Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing we are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in Eastham supporting a young lady transition back into the community and living on her own. You would become an essential part of her existing care team in this fulfilling and exciting role. We are looking for someone who has an inspiring attitude to promote bespoke care. Client has Autism and requires support with her day to day life.
Duties for this Support Worker role
- Accompanying to college and supporting throughout the lessons
- Promoting independence
- Interacting with her in the activities she likes such as shopping, creating makeup looks and going on day trips to the zoo and theme parks.
Applicant requirements:
- The enthusiasm to learn and experience new things
- To be willing to embrace the goals she wants to achieve
- Someone who will go above and beyond for the Service User and staff involved in the package
- Able to work in the UK and can show documents
- Full enhanced DBS
- Up to date CV
