Job title: Support worker-Driver only
Location: Congleton
Hours:
7 am – 10 pm 1 x staff member
10 pm-7 am 1 x staff member (sleep)
8 pm – 8 am 1 x staff member (Waking Night)
Salary: £14 per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
- Develop and implement individualised support plans
- Promote independence and encourage community engagement
- Ensure the property remains safe and secure
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months’ UK experience as a support worker with experience supporting those with Autism, high levels of anxiety, schizoaffective disorder.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- All roles are subject to an enhanced satisfactory DBS
- You must be attentive, empathetic and have high levels of attention to detail
