Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Congleton
Hours: 24 hour shifts – day sleeps. 0900-2300 waking hours, 2300 – 0900 sleep hours.
Pay: £14 per hour waking hours. £11.44 sleeping hours.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Congleton. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to individuals with autism.
- Assist with all daily activities.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of those in your care.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supporting people with autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to provide special sensitive support.
