Emma is our Operations Manager for our Complex Care division and is also the Registered Manager for our Watford branch. Emma has been with Sugarman since 2012 and was instrumental in the growth and development of our complex care division. With over 10 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge when it comes to providing person-centred care and support to Adults & Children with complex health needs across England.
Emma and the complex team hold a firm belief that every individual has the right to live at home and be supported to live their life, the way they want to, regardless of disability or illness. Emma is committed to providing a seamless service which prioritises a compassionate and solutions-based approach and has developed our National Commissioning Centre and Rapid Response teams in order to facilitate this.
The teams within our registered branches show compassion, resilience and relentlessness when it comes to caring for all our Service Users and Emma couldn’t be prouder to be working alongside them all.
