Mark Woolley brings over 15 years of experience within Healthcare and has been the Managing Director of Sugarman Health & wellbeing since 2020. Passionate about the care industry and improving care standards, Mark leads on all aspects of the business and has been a huge factor in the company’s Significant development over the last 5 years as we continue to navigate the ever-changing challenges faced in today’s markets.
Mark brings enthusiasm and drive to the group working alongside the management teams and developing strategies to ensure we are always improving the quality of care we deliver. Constantly striving to positively impact the lives of people we support Mark focuses heavily on our people development strategies to ensure our teams are equipped to provide the care standards Sugarman expect. Over the last 5 years, Mark’s role has expanded to encompass a larger group of divisions that deliver services including, Complex Care to Children and Adults, Forensic Mental Health and Challenging behaviour, Alternative education to Children, Assessment services, speech & language, and specialist support children in care.
