Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England

Rate of Pay: £14/h

Shifts: 7-7 ; Between Monday – Sunday; 2-5 shifts per week

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time

Specialism: Complex Care: Tracheostomy; Spinal Cord Injury; Peg Feeding; Ventilators

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support a adult with complex needs in home/residential setting. This is a fulfilling and dynamic role offering the opportunity to learn new skills and build a meaningful care relationship.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Clinical Task – Tracheostomy; Spinal Cord Injury; Peg Feeding; Ventilators
  • Personal and pressure area care
  • Supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing

You’ll receive full training and undertake shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and well prepared.

Key Requirements

  • Flexibility Able to work weekdays and weekends
  • Minimum 6 months of professional care experience
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Up-to-date CV with full work history
